This chart can't be better, the link building is very important part for anywebsite to rank, I have couple of sugesstions to add:
Including the site’s URL in blog comments, writing and submitting articles that include a link to the website, submitting articles about the website to Press Release companies, engaging in link exchanges with relevant sites "do not forget RELEVANT sites" and to work with other webmasters to promote each other.

Great checklist! I had thought little of domain parking until Google launched their Adsense for Domains. Since I usually develop sites for other people, I had been debating what to do with a dozen domains I've had for a continuously-postponed project. So I decided to run a test with these dozen domains and publish the results online at my noncommercial blog. Even though my test is only a week old, its becoming obvious that "parking" is simply not worthwhile. I will run with the Adsense for Domains test for another few weeks - then run this checklist!

Nice, simple to follow instructions. . . . the key phrase in this article is "more work". I think it's important to point out that this is something you would need to stay on top of as well. For many domainers, rolling out sites is a job they aren't necessarily good at or feel they have the time for, however it likely an investment worth making for long-term profitability.
If you could effectively roll this in mass volume with 10,000+ domains , you'd have yourself a business model that would attract a lot of domainer clients.
